Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy

By engaging BBN Tuning for custom tuning services, you, the “Customer”, acknowledge the inherent risks involved in vehicle testing and tuning, whether conducted on a dynamometer or an off-road track. You affirm that you have the authority to authorize such activities and to enter into this Waiver/Release agreement. You understand that certain modifications and tuning practices may not comply with federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle modifications adhere to all applicable legal standards, particularly those related to safety and emissions. BBN Tuning makes it clear that some parts are intended exclusively for racing and are not suitable for street use. You agree to hold BBN Tuning harmless for any compliance issues with regulatory bodies. This waiver applies to all past, current, and future transactions with BBN Tuning.

BBN Tuning will not and does not alter any emissions-related settings. We will not suppress your Check Engine Light (CEL) if your vehicle is missing emissions-related components. We do not modify calibration files to bypass or defeat emissions systems. All emissions checks and readiness remain as originally configured by the manufacturer. This service is intended for off-road or racing purposes only, and you assert that your vehicle is not used on public roads.

For U.S. customers: As stipulated by the Clean Air Act of 1970, tampering with emissions control devices is illegal. BBN Tuning’s services do not necessitate the removal or bypassing of catalytic converters or other emissions controls. We will not sell our products to individuals who have removed these components. If we discover post-purchase that emissions control devices have been tampered with, we will terminate our support without a refund.

You acknowledge the stress placed on a vehicle during dynamometer testing and off-road tuning, similar to that experienced during track operation. As the “Customer”, you accept the risks associated with such testing, including potential engine, drivetrain, and tire/wheel failure or damage. BBN Tuning does not assume responsibility for the condition of your vehicle and expects it to be in good condition for testing. You release BBN Tuning from any liability for damage or losses resulting from testing/tuning. No warranty, expressed or implied, is offered by BBN Tuning.

You assert that your vehicle is for off-road use only and complies with all relevant laws. You also confirm that you have not removed or bypassed any emissions controls on a road-going vehicle. BBN Tuning will support your custom tune for one year from the date of purchase.

Custom tuning is a detailed and iterative process involving multiple revisions to optimize performance and safety. BBN Tuning does not provide refunds based on the time taken or the number of revisions required. The tuning process requires patience and collaboration. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times and do not operate on weekends or major holidays. Refunds are not available for delays.

All communications regarding your tune should be conducted through the BM3 app or via email (info@bbntuning.com) to maintain organized and efficient support. Social media channels are not used for support. Please ensure your email address in the BM3 app is correct for updates and notifications.

Custom tunes are non-transferable if you sell your vehicle. The new owner must purchase a new custom tune. BBN Tuning reserves the right to terminate any agreement without notice if terms and conditions are violated, including abuse or inappropriate behavior. Any abusive language or actions will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Do not share data logs online, as they contain proprietary information. Sharing these can lead to termination of services without a refund. BBN Tuning is the most qualified to interpret your data logs and address any concerns.

Refund Policy

BBN Tuning maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of the custom tuning process. The tuning process is iterative and requires multiple revisions to ensure the best performance and safety for your vehicle. We cannot guarantee specific turnaround times, and no refunds will be issued based on the time taken or the number of revisions required. We operate Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM +4h GMT, and do not work on weekends or national holidays. Please consider our working hours when requesting updates or changes to your custom tune.

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you violate any part of this agreement, including misuse or illegal use of our services, we reserve the right to terminate support immediately without refund.

BBN Tuning emphasizes the importance of adhering to legal and ethical standards in all tuning activities. We expect our customers to act responsibly and within the boundaries of the law.
